How to reach us
From Schiphol to us
Schiphol Airport is about 20 minutes away by taxi. You can make a reservation with a very reliable taxi company who have a fixed rate of 45 euro to our house. The number is +31 6 12 11 71 16, Schiphol Taxi (Marc) and you have to contact them a day in advance. Getting a taxi at the airport it will cost you around 65,- euros.
If you prefer to travel with public transport it takes about 30 minutes, depending on the connections. At the aiport walk to the train station at the airport. Take a train that stops at ‘Station Duivendrecht’.
On arrival walk outside to the busstation and take bus 41 direction ‘Muiderpoortstation’ and depart at stop: ‘Hogeweg’. From there you can walk to our house. Plan your trip.
By train or car
Parking
If you arrive by train at Amsterdam Central Station take either metro 54 direction ‘Gein’, or metro 51 direction ‘Westwijk’ or metro 53 direction ‘Gaasperplas’ and depart at stop ‘Weesperplein’. Walk outside to the tramstop and take tram 19 direction ‘Diemen Sniep’ to stop ‘Hogeweg’. From there you can walk to our house.
By car: on the A10 take exit S113, Middenweg. After 4 traffic lights turn right, and take the second left for the Linnaeusparkweg.
Amsterdam has paid parking throughout the city. Tickets can be bought at a vending machine around the corner or you can book online.
Park & Ride (P+R) is the cheapest way to park your car. These car parks are located on the outskirts of the city and have excellent public transport connections.
