Rates & reservations
The Rates
The price is 125 euro for one person per night and 40 euro for every extra person. Children under two years old are free of charge. The Guestroom sleeps 4. 10% tourist tax is added to the total of your booking.
Check in and check out
Check in time is 2 pm, check out 11 am. If possible we can be flexible, so please inform us of your arrival and departure time.
Conditions
- The Guestroom is non smoking and smoking is also not permitted in the garden.
- As we are situated in a residential area we ask you to consider the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
- The Guestroom sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. It is not allowed to stay with more guests than indicated on the reservation.
- It is not permitted to throw a party
- No BBQ
If your plans change unexpectedly and you have to cancel your reservation, we will refund as follows:
- 100% refund (minus an administration fee of 25 euro) if the cancellation is made 2 months in advance
- 75% refund of the payment if cancellation is made between two months and 14 days before arrival date
- 25% refund of the payment if cancellation is made 14-7 days before arrival date
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days of arrival
- No refund if the length of stay is shortened after arrival.
